Request Out of State Renewal Packet
If you are temporarily residing out of state and have Missouri license plates that will expire while the vehicle is still out of state, you may renew the plates from your temporary residence. Please use the form below to request an out of state renewal packet that contains the forms and instructions you will need to renew your plates. Please note that when you return to Missouri, you must have the vehicle inspected within 10 days of your arrival.
